The first thing you should know is that there is no magic formula to detoxify your body overnight. Detoxification is a gradual process that requires healthy habits that are maintained over time.

1. Drink enough water

Stress is one of the main enemies of health and detoxification. Stress generates a hormonal response that alters the balance of the body and favors the accumulation of toxins. Additionally, stress can lead to unhealthy habits such as smoking, drinking alcohol, or compulsive eating. To avoid this, it is recommended to practice relaxation techniques such as meditation, yoga or deep breathing.
